Fiscal Management and Reallocation Committee
FMRA
The FMRA Committee helps oversee Ryan White funding and monitors spending to support HIV-related health care and services throughout the San Antonio TGA.
The committee currently holds its meetings jointly with the MNE and Executive Committees to help coordinate planning, funding, and program activities.
Responsibilities
The FMRA Committee helps ensure Ryan White Part A funding is used effectively to meet the HIV-related health care needs of the community. Its responsibilities include:

Monitoring funding and spending to ensure resources are being used where they are most needed.

Reviewing service utilization to understand how HIV-related health care and support services are being used throughout the community.

Recommending funding changes to the Planning Council when resources may need to be reallocated to better meet community needs.

Reviewing data and information provided by the Administrative Agency/Recipient to help identify service needs, establish priorities, and make informed funding decisions.
The FMRA and Executive Committees currently meet jointly. Together, members review service utilization and spending each month to help ensure available Ryan White Part A resources continue to meet the needs of the community.
